No. The T1 Partners program is completely free. There are no entry fees, monthly charges, or hidden costs.
Not necessarily. We accept individuals with business activity, freelancers, and incorporated companies. What matters is that you can refer businesses that need e-commerce or shipping solutions.
Commissions go through a validation period (15 days for shipments, 60 days for store subscriptions). Once validated, they are deposited via SPEI on the 15th of the following month. The minimum payment amount is $500 MXN.
It depends on the product. For T1 Store, you receive commissions for 3 years from the first subscription payment. For T1 Shipping, for 2 years (24 months) from the first shipment generated.
Yes. There is no exclusivity. You can offer T1 as part of your solutions portfolio alongside other tools.
Access to a tracking dashboard, personalized referral link, sales materials, access to the complete help center, and priority support with our team.
No. T1 handles all the technical aspects. Your role is to connect businesses with our solutions. We give you the tools and training so you can explain the benefits without being a technical expert.
You register each business directly from your partner panel. The client is automatically linked to your account from the moment of creation for commission calculations.
There is a cap of $1,000,000 MXN accumulated per individual client. There is no limit on the number of clients you can refer.
If your client becomes inactive, commissions are paused but the term keeps running. If the client reactivates their account, you resume earning commissions for the remaining time of the original period.
